TEST Inc. is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Phoenix, AZ

Ideal candidate is will participate in the quality continuous improvement, manage sales department budgets/policy and day to day operating procedures.

What you will be doing:

  • Oversee sales and marketing activities to achieve plant revenue goals
  • Plan and assign daily workload to sales team
  • Interview, hire and train sales team
  • Evaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedback
  • Provide guidance to sales team in their assigned duties
  • Respond to escalated customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Develop new sales techniques for business growth and profitability
  • Identify, develop and grow customer accounts in the designated region
  • Work to ensure that any customer issues are addressed and that organization receives accurate communication of customer needs or issues and prompt payment
  • Oversee local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
  • Plan and directing the hiring and training of sales team
  • Direct and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
  • Prepare sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
  • Track and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Handle and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management or similar discipline
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong communications, analytical and computer skills are a requirement
  • Successful customer-facing experience in sales (and, ideally, marketing) situations is a requirement
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
